How fo you turn off parentak controls the kids are gone
I would like to know how to turn off parental controls as I don't remember turning them on
You can manage parental controls by logging into your Roku account at https://my.roku.com using the email address that's displayed on your Roku device under Settings->System->About. Note that those controls only affect The Roku Channel. Other services/apps may have their own controls that you'd have to manage on their websites.
