How do I watch 4k shows or movies on my TCL Roku tv?

It said there was an app that's supposed to be the 4k content. But I logged into my roku account so does that mean it's not showing? How do I know if I watch something on say Max or Netflix that I can also watch it in 4k? Thanks!

    2. Select Settings
    3. Select Display Type
