How do I mute my tv or turn down my tv without a remote or Wi-Fi

How do I mute my tv or turn down my tv without a remote or Wi-Fi I have a 24 inch Roku tv and it only has one button and you can only change the input and turn the tv on and off so how do I turn down the tv or mute it without a remote or Wi-Fi?

    Please be advised that you can connect a Roku to Wi-Fi without a Roku remote. By using the Roku mobile app or browser extension. To use Roku's virtual remote, your Roku and other devices need to be on the same network. Your Roku needs to be connected to a Wi-Fi connection to do this. Otherwise, you'll need Ethernet.
