the nes was one of nintendo's first console the third one to be specific

it only has av input there's a white cable thing on the back and if i put the yellow cable in to the thing that says av input on the back of the tv which has a yellow ring around it nothing shows up and i also tried the white cable but it still didn't work and when i plugged the the yellow cable into the av input and the red one into the headphone port it still didn't work 

 

 

red=audio yellow=video white=rt switch i think

please help me idk what to do and using a converter just doesn't feel right i want to use the av input on my roku and here's my model number 70A51HUR
