Having the same issue with a TCL 43S431 with date code of 9/21. I bought the TV in early 2022 and it is pretty sad it only lasted ~2 years. Tried to contact TCL to see if there were recalls or repair/replace option. Such a waste to have to trash such a new TV.

This seems to be a hardware issue, and Roku only supports your TV's running software operating system. We're glad to hear you have already coordinated this with TCL Support as they are the ones who manufacture your TV and can further assist you with this.
