I have a 43s431 TCL ... I'd like someone to send me or direct me to a pic of the inside the tv all the boards .... also when I plug in the tv it flashes the red screen goes off then does it again ... then the white light goes out n doesn't co.e back on .....why?

In this case, it could be a hardware issue, and it is highly recommended that you directly raise your concern to your TV manufacturer. We only support your TV's running software operating system, which does not include hardware issues.

Having the same issue with a TCL 43S431 with date code of 9/21. I bought the TV in early 2022 and it is pretty sad it only lasted ~2 years. Tried to contact TCL to see if there were recalls or repair/replace option. Such a waste to have to trash such a new TV.
