It looks like you're experiencing issues with your TV speakers being stuck in headphone mode. What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? If so, does it still occur after applying those? Also, which headphone options are you using? (e.g. Bluetooth, Roku mobile app, or Roku Remote)
