I had the arc hdmi configured, using the sound output in the Apple HomePod mini (through Apple TV). Suddenly it stoped working. I have checked the settings, factory reset but nothing worked. Now, only the built in speakers are working. The HDMi arc cable is brand new. Any suggestions?
sometimes it’s not the cable or the port, but a handshake problem between the TV and Roku. A full power cycle (unplugging both for a few minutes) actually helped in my case. Also, make sure CEC is enabled on both devices.
