Hayu Trial on Roku not working for me.

I just purchased a new Roku tv, with it there is a 3 month free trial of Hayu.   I go to the app and get a box that wants my Roku pin #, I try and put it in but I can only get one or two numbers in and already it says invalid pin.

How do I finish signing up for this and be able to get my CC info in it when it will not let me finish putting in my pin.

Would appreciate any help if anyone has had the same issue or knows what to do.

    Please perform a System restart by navigating to Settings > System > Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step. > System restart.
