Getting ahold of call center or someone .

I recently broke my tv and won't get another till Oct. They tried to charge account only to realize I needed to contact them . Anyone have a working phone number. Please and thank you.

  • i have a problem with you guys you are getting paid two time from me. one from my account and one from capital one. and i have told you i only want paramont and not the other one you are chargeing me 11.98 and that is not right

    i would like to get you guys to call me and get it rigfht  or i will just shot down and you wont get nothing i will just keep peacork

        We're sorry you are being billed twice for the same channel. This is not the type of experience that we hoped for. 

        In this situation, contacting the Roku account and billing team for direct assistance would be best. 

        Please don't hesitate to contact them for help with your payment and account-related concerns. They will be in a better position to address your specific situation.
