Yes, but other than a handful of game titles, what native 8K material is available? An 8K player with an 8K display still doesn't have any native 8K material. I'm sure upscaled 4K looks fantastic on such a display. But we're still a long ways off for any significant amount of streaming 8K material.
I guess if one lives in Japan, there's native 8K broadcast material. Not so sure I want to watch a sumo match in 8K 😄
I am not speaking first handed. But, one of my kids has a Xbox series x. His console is using a 4k tv.

Should add that WiFi 7 (802.11be) is NOT finalized yet. That is due sometime early next year. Not even sure if there are any devices that really support it yet. And if so, there is always the possibility that they may not be compatible with the final specs, or not take full advantage of all features.

Roku is entry-level consumer products. They are also based on chipsets by 3rd parties, mostly RealTek right now. Until there is a chipset with WiFi7 support, don't expect it in a Roku at all.

I plan buying a samsung galaxy s24 plus as my first wifi 7 device. But, my ISP Verizon fios doesn't have a WiFi 7 router yet.

Roku plus series TVs have wifi 6 adapter. Plus series TVs hit the market last spring.
Roku Pro series TVs are coming out. Pro series TVs start under $1500.
There is no mention of whether the pro series TVs have wifi 6 or 7.
