Freezing Roku element outdoor tv

My outdoor Roku element tv has been in the house since fall because I didn’t want to have it outside in the winter. Went to turn back on and it keeps rebooting. Tried the hard reset leaving unplugged for an hour and still doesn’t stay on. Trying to do a factory reset but it reboots too quickly. It’s only about 9 months old.

    It is possible humidity and moisture affected the components of the TV.  I would suggest reaching out to the manufacturer Element and see if they can provide any technical and or warranty support, since your TV is 9 months old.
