We recognize that the inability of the Roku TV to update its software is causing you problems. We will be happy to help you even more. Have you attempted to access the support link mentioned above by RokuERey? If not, kindly give it a shot.
If the problem continues, could you please provide the following information below?
- Are your other devices able to connect to the network without any issues or latency?
- Did we recently make any changes to your network or network provider?
- Do you have cellular data so we can try connecting your device to your hotspot?
