    Error code 014.50 means your Roku device is having trouble connecting to Wi-Fi. Have you tried the troubleshooting steps from Roku supportRokuHaz-M​? If not, please give those a try. If that works, the issue is likely with your home network—contact your Internet provider for further assistance.

      Could you please provide us with the information below?

      • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and current software version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
      • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)

        I’m having the same problem. It has been happening for a few weeks now. Eventually it will connect but tonight it refuses to work even after going through the steps probably 15-20 times including restarting the Roku about 5 times.

        The vitals: Roku is about 18 feet from the router across an open room. No barriers. WiFi speed tests show 350-600 Mbps. The Roku is model 3941RW Express 4K+. Serial # X01600VLN983. Device ID is SOAH428LN983. Software version 14.6 

        Any help would be greatly appreciated!
