Differences between the 43R4A5R & 43R4AX

I just bought a Roku TV from Best Buy. The model number on the Best Buy order is 43R4A5R/43R4AX. What's the difference between the 2?

    Thanks for reaching out.

A Roku TV reset button is usually a small, recessed button or pinhole found on the back or bottom of the TV, often located near the antenna, HDMI, or audio connections.

    It usually looks like this.

Additionally, you can use the Roku mobile app as a remote to navigate your Roku TV.

    Thanks,

Both the 43R4A5R and 43R4AX are 43" 4K UHD Roku TVs. They’re pretty similar — you’ll get a 60Hz refresh rate, built-in WiFi, and a few HDMI ports on both.

    Hope that clears it up!

Where is the reset button on my TV?

I read online that it's near the ports. The TV will be mounted on the wall so there won't be a lot of space between the TV & the wall. There probably isn't enough space between the TV & the wall for me to put my hand in the space & push the reset button. I suppose that I can use the Roku app on my phone if the physical remote is unavailable, correct?
