Did a factory reset,remote wont work

I tried everything on here several times and i cannot get it off of the english setting where it says lets get started,i had nothing but trouble with the roku tvs,i would not buy another one if my life depended on it,had 3 and they all shut off right in the middle of something or you could not watch a certain app, it’s just ridiculous

    Have you had a chance to pair the remote yet? After doing a factory reset on our TVs, we usually need to re-pair the remote. If you need a little guidance, I can share a link that walks you through the pairing process!
