royw07, you have to try your luck with support at https://support.roku.com/contactus. Are you certain you don't have more than one Roku account? You could be changing the PIN on the wrong account. Verify that the email address on the Roku device that's displayed under Settings->System->About is the one you're using to log in at https://my.roku.com. Have you tried removing the PIN entirely? You may want to perform a System restart from Settings->System or Settings->System->Power (as appropriate) after making any changes to the PIN.
