- Press INFO on your remote.
- Scroll right and select CC.
- Select Closed Captioning.
Turn on closed captioning for DIRECTV STREAM
- Press Home on the DIRECTV STREAM remote.
- Go to Settings and then Preferences.
- Choose Accessibility.
- Select Captioning and then Display to turn on or off.
