Casting in Portrait Mode on Roku TV

I have a Roku TV 43 inch.

I am casting a slideshow to it and I would like to be able to turn the TV and have it shown in portrait mode. It works on the screen, but my question is will it damage the TV to be turned 90° to the right? I can’t find any posting on this anywhere.
