It looks like you're having trouble controlling your 4th TV with the Roku mobile app. To help troubleshoot, make sure the Roku account on your new TV matches the one used on your other TVs. You can confirm this by going to: Home → Settings → System → About.
Also, double-check that both your TV and mobile device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
