Cannot figure out how to change Wi-Fi on device
I have an account set up but we got a new Wi-Fi router and I cannot figure out how to change that in the settings on the app

You have to get the Roku device connected to your new Wi-Fi or configure the new Wi-Fi to match what the Roku was last connected to (same SSID/network name and password). If you don't remember the old settings, you'll need a physical remote to go through the procedure on your Roku device under Settings->Network-Set up connection.
The app is not involved in getting your Roku device connected to your Wi-Fi.
