Cannot create account on TCL TV+

Once the app is downloaded and open, I go to signing, then go to sign up. A box appears and says "Let's create your account". I click Continue and the app closes. I uninstalled ,restarted my Roku TV,...

I am having the same issue. I tried through site as well and no luck. 

If I watch without signing in I can watch an hour of one channel and then it changes back to ion channel no matter what
