Cannot access settings menu
All of a sudden, I cannot select a channel on my Roku. And I cannot get to the settings menu. I do see "set up connection" but cannot select to to actually check it , I have unplugged everything from the box and pugged back in.
Have you tried new batteries in the remote? It would help to know the model number of your Roku device written on it somewhere.
