For us to review this matter, can you send us the details below:
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (This can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
- Photo referring to the issue.

Looks like you can't exit the screensaver app, and let's try to fix this.
Can you clarify if you're using the Back button on the Roku remote? If so, and it's not working, here are some suggested steps you may try.
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
- Select System restart
