Apps froze and not loading with the error 003

 have a TCL TV where I'm using the ROKU 4k streaming stick plus and all of a sudden when I click on an App none of them work. I checked them on my other devices and they work but they are just frozen on the Roku TV.

Im getting error code 003 for updates, my network signal strength is good, yet states unable to connect to a wireless network.

    We noticed you are having issues with the app that was frozen and receiving an error code 003 on your Roku streaming device. 

    If you see Error 003 or ‘Can’t update software, it means the network connection is unstable. Even with reliable internet, speed or signal can fluctuate. Check how many devices are connected to your network.

    Try restarting your Roku device and unplug your router for 10 seconds before plugging it back in. To restart Roku, go to Settings > System > Power. If you don’t see a Power option, go to Settings > System > System restart. For more guidance, please refer to this link.
