Activate your Roku link does not work
I bought a used rca Roku tv. I factory reset it, and I do not get a QR code just a roku.com/link with a code. When I type in the link on my computer the website says an unexpected error occurred and I can not type in the code. What are we doing wrong? We have several rokus with no problem .

Roku no longer uses that method and the link no longer functions. You may be able to update the firmware in the TV via a flash drive and then activate it using the current method, but I can't say for sure.
