Acorn TV won’t recognize sign-in info

Have a Roku tv and account. Also pay for other channels thru Roku (Acorn TV, BritBox, etc). Acorn TV doesn’t recognize my sign-in info. (Had same problem with BritBox, took a month to straighten that...

    I have exactly the same problem.  Subscribed to Acorn through Roku.  Now traveling and want to access Acorn but it doesn't recognize my email or other sign on information.

      Can you please clarify how you are trying to access Acorn TV? Are you trying to watch the channel through a Roku device?
