Account and power issues

Every time my Roku tv gets unplugged I have to reset it up and log back into everything like it’s been factory reset how do I stop that

    First, try on restarting your TV:

    1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote
    2. Scroll and select Settings
    3. Select System
    4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
    5. Select System restart

    You may also try updating the software:

    1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote
    2. Scroll and select Settings
    3. Select System
    4. Select Software update
    5. Select Check Now to manually check for updates
