65" Onn Roku Tv keeps turning on and off

Got a 65 inch on tv and it keeps turning on and off and it’s stuck on the Onn Roku tv screen this tv still brand new I only had it for 2 years

    • Is this your first experience with this issue? When did it begin?
    • How are you powering your Roku TV?

    • How long have you had this issue? When was the last time it worked? if ever?

    Troubleshooting:

    1. If the light is there but not on, try unplugging the power cord and inserting it into the outlet again. Make sure it is fully inserted; appearances may be deceiving.
    2. If the TV is plugged into a surge protector or a power strip, try unplugging other devices or switching the power cord to be plugged in directly to the wall outlet.
    3. If the chord is also detachable from the TV, make sure it is fully inserted on both ends. You can also try unplugging it and waiting 30 seconds before re-inserting it.
    4. If there is still no solution, try resetting the TV using the built-in button.

    If the issue persists, it will require assistance from our friends at Onn to help diagnose your TV hardware.
