The network is not the issue. I have other Roku devices on the same network.

Seems that your other Roku device is working fine on your network, and we'd like to take a closer look at this issue. Let's get more details on this.
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and Software version and build (This can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- App build version (highlight the app and press the star (*) button on the Roku remote)
- Tracker ID (press Home 5 times, then Back button 5 times when the issue occurs)
