Wire-free video doorbell "error 20005"

Im getting code 20005. I have reset internet, charged doorbell, chime blinking red and tried to reset.

    • Device ID
    • Phone make/model
    • Firmware version
    • Modem/Router Brand and Model Number
    • Can you share a picture of the error message or code popping up?
    • Log ID: (Roku Smart Home app> Account> Roku Support> Submit a Log)
