This morning I received another email claiming the problem was resolved. Of course it was not. Notifications started almost as soon as I turned on a camera.
ROKU support is useless.
I also got that email. I guess the only way around this is to make another roku account and put the cameras on that.
I don't want to do that.
We shouldn't have to do that since we've done what they have said, but they haven't done what they said they did.
Sigh

Thank you for posting in the Roku Community!
We appreciate you for bringing to our attention that your television is receiving notifications from the Roku Camera even if you already deleted the Camera app. We would like to take a closer look into this issue.
Please provide us with the following details:
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
- Channel build version (highlight the Camera app and press the star (*) button of your Roku remote)
- Troubleshooting steps taken.
We look forward to your response.
Cheers,

So are you asking for my cameras information, or my tvs because there's devices all over the place at this point.
All the 5 home and 5 back button pressing did was turn my screen reader on.
And there IS NOT A camera app installed to press the star * button on, not on either one of the two tvs that are on this account.
I'm not sure how to tell you that for you t9 understand, it doesn't exist on any of my tvs, yet still randomly getting notifications on the TVS!
