I am also having this problem and have also contacted roku support for it to still be popping up on my screen, even deleted the roku cameras app off of my tvs, and camera notifications are still popping up and happening randomly.
Wish roku would FIX THIS.

This morning I received another email claiming the problem was resolved. Of course it was not. Notifications started almost as soon as I turned on a camera.
ROKU support is useless.

I also got that email. I guess the only way around this is to make another roku account and put the cameras on that.
I don't want to do that.
We shouldn't have to do that since we've done what they have said, but they haven't done what they said they did.
Sigh
