I am having the exact same issue. I have two wired Roku outdoor cameras that worked fine until I had to get my internet equipment changed. The setup button is unresponsive. I have power cycled the devices several times and it stays on a solid blue light. I need help Roku with fixing this. Is this a software issue and are you replacing these cameras or exchanging them at least.

Looks like you're having a problem with your Roku outdoor wired camera. Just a heads up, your Roku Smart Home cameras need a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection to set up and work properly.
