Roku smart home app ios Colombia
I bought the camera excited to watch my little kids but I'm bored because I can't download the app to make it work in the app store colombia it tells me it's not available. help me!

Thats a bummer. Colombia is a country where you should be able to download the Roku Smart Home app. First make surte your Roku device and phone are connected to the same Wifi network. Also know that some feature depending on the country and the area your located might not be available. At the moment the Roku Smart Home ap is only fully functional in the United States. Over time that will change and more and more feature will be accessible over time. Unfortunately i couldn't tell you a specifically when.
If you have the app downloaded but can connected them check to see if there's been any updates. And remember both your Roku device and phone must be on the same Wi-Fi network for it to work properly. If you're still have trouble and want answers you may want to contact customer service directly and they may be able to provide more information for you.
