Roku Smart Home app for the computer or steaming device.

I bought a Roku smart home camera and can't get the app to load correctly on my mobile device, I don't understand in the marketing for this product it said you could set it up on a computer or your streaming player. Now sure why that was stated, because as of right now I have a paper weight in place on my camera, please find a way to make it so your can download the app to pc. thank you

    We want to investigate this issue further since you are unable to download the Roku smart home app. Are you getting any error messages or codes? Have you tried to download the app using other devices?
