Roku Smart Camera recording issue.

I've tried everything to get my cameras to record better and now they are failing altogether.  I just did the firmware update and the software update when they were installed and since then it's as if the cameras are simply confused.  This is very sad, because the idea and the price is good.  The mandatory subscription was a surprise but it was something I was willing to pay if the things worked.

Like I said, I've tried everything and now the only thing left is a trip to WalMart for a return. 

Roku cameras suck.
