Roku Outdoor Camera (Battery) Won’t Charge

I just bought the camera yesterday and it says to charge before using. It says it takes 4 hours to charge.

It was over 10 hours and the red light was still flashing. Took it back to store and got another one. Was flashing for a long time 5 hours, I changed the usb cord with one of mine within a few minutes the red light turned solid.
