Thanks for letting us know about the issue with scanning the QR on your Roku Indoor Camera. Just a quick note, the QR code on the screen will last for 5 minutes only. Can you tell us a bit more about it so we can take a closer look?
- Have you tried to wipe the camera lens and the mobile screen for a clearer vision?
- Also, did you attempt to adjust the camera while scanning the QR code on the screen?
- Could you try another mobile device to set up your cameras if the issue occurs?

It appears that the issue occurs after trying some workarounds. Before trying another mobile device, try to adjust the brightness of your phone, either by increasing it or decreasing it. Trying it on a tablet, which has a larger screen, is better.
