I setup my CS1000X in my office using the app. I unplugged the camera to install a Micro SD Card. After plugging the power back in, it went into "Ready To Connect," but I could not get the camera to connect.
The Solution was to "Delete" the camera from the app. Then select add new device, and add the camera back. It took about 2 minutes to fully connect. Then all was well.
I then went into the Advanced Settings to customize a lot of stuff. I made notes in a spiral notebooks of the settings I chose. I think it's nifty little camera. It reminds me of a Wyze camera. (I think all of the cameras are mostly made by the same company in China). It's like back in the days of VCRs... Sears or whoever could put their "name" on the VCR, but only about 5 companies in the world actually made VCRs).- RProReel Rookie
That's when I started haveing issues, unplugging the Indoor SE and trying to re-connect. I have tried every known way of connecting. From everything Roku has offered and tech support from Xfinity with my router. Roku needs to fix this, with a patch or a secondary way to connect. These CS1000X cameras are useless until there's a remedt from Roku.

That’s what happens to me an I can’t get the Indoor SE to connect but my 360• connected just fine

Hey Jay, have you been able to connect yet, or has Roku even offered a potential fix? They need to offer a patch or a secondary way to connect.
