If your Roku camera is flashing red and blue, it's trying to connect to your Wi-Fi. This usually happens when you first set it up or if it loses its connection.
**What the lights mean:**
- **Solid red**: The camera is on and ready to be set up.
- **Flashing red and blue**: It’s trying to connect to your Wi-Fi.
- **Solid blue**: It’s connected and working.
- **Blinking blue**: It was connected but lost the connection and is trying again.
**To fix it:**
- **Restart the camera**: Unplug it, wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in.
2. **Check your Wi-Fi**: Make sure you’re using a 2.4GHz network (not 5GHz), and your phone or tablet is on the same one.
3. **Restart your router**: This can fix short-term network issues.
4. **Reset the camera**: If it’s still not connecting, hold the setup button for about 10–20 seconds.
5. **Use the Roku Smart Home app**: It’ll walk you through setup step by step.
