I just bought 4 of these cameras and none of them will connect to my network I have both dual band 2.4 and 5ghz and this is frustrating because I did everything and it will not get pass the connecting to network part.

We're happy to help you with your problem connecting your Roku Indoor Camera 360 SE to the network. Please be advised that before you get started, make sure your smartphone or tablet is connected to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network only, as Roku cameras are only compatible with this network.
