  • Hi Nisha38,

    Welcome to the Roku Community!

Thank you for reporting to us that your Roku Camera's night vision is blurry. We would be more than willing to sort this out for you.

Before we proceed, we need to confirm that your Roku Smart Home app and camera firmware are updated. Additionally, we recommend following the details below.

    • From the live stream, on the top right corner below the Settings icon, you will see the words Auto, On, or Off inside a small crescent moon. Cycle through these options until you select Auto.
    • If the IR lights on the front of the camera aren’t working after this, check the Advanced Settings to see if Night Vision Mode is set to Off, Auto, or On.
    • Make sure the Night Vision IR lights are set to On.

We also suggest you try the troubleshooting steps below:

    1. Restart the camera
      •  Click your Roku Camera > Settings icon > Restart Device at the bottom of the settings screen.
    2. Factory reset the camera and set it up as a new device. How to set up your Roku Indoor Camera SE

If the issue persists after following these troubleshooting steps please let us know.

    Regards,
    Riamie
