LED Light Strip Half Not Working

We have a brand new Smart LED Light Strip + SE, the 32.8 length.  They worked fine the first two weeks and now one of the two strips it came with doesn't light up all the way.  The first 15 inches of the second strip light up, but the rest of that strip are all out.  We've tried unplugging, plugging back in all the wires.

    We would suggest trying to connect it to a different outlet or also checking to see if it is bent too much, which might damage a strip.

    If it has been verified that the issue persists, we would recommend getting in touch with our support team for additional assistance.

    Please contact them directly through our Support page. Choose the options for "Roku Smart Home" and they are the best ones to help you out with that matter.

    Only some of mine are working and it’s all one strip. Only half is working the rest is off and there are 2 red lights
