    We would suggest trying to connect it to a different outlet or also checking to see if it is bent too much, which might damage a strip.

    If it has been verified that the issue persists, we would recommend getting in touch with our support team for additional assistance.

    Please contact them directly through our Support page. Choose the options for "Roku Smart Home" and they are the best ones to help you out with that matter.
