Indoor Camera won't scan QR code

I also have a flip 5 it's a problem in the app we're it cuts off part of the qr code making it unscannable
I'm having the exact sand problem with the exact sand phone. It makes sense the screen is blocking it. Just that little bit makes a difference.
I have the S24 and I'm still having issues.
Its like the camera isn't recognizing the QR code at all.
Paid money for the cameras & not able to use them.
Spoke with the chat & they basically ignored me. I asked about a warranty and everything. To no avail.
The camera worked for all of 20 minutes. Then they stopped. Did every reset known to the system. It didn't work.

Here are some steps you can try:
- Make sure there is nothing covering the QR code on the phone/tablet screen.
- This includes small icons from notifications, pop-ups, etc.
- Power cycle the camera.
- Pull your camera about 12 inches from the QR code, slowly move it closer, and hold it for 5 seconds at various distances until the scan is successful.
