Indoor camera setup unable to pair and scan the QR code
It wouldn't pair with my device or scan the QR, but the light is solid red. It is not on any list in the Roku app, so I Cannot choose it. Holding the setup button for 10 seconds won't reset it.

It seems you're having an issue setting up your Roku Indoor Camera. Thanks for sharing the steps you've already tried. Please try the following steps.
- Sign out and then sign back into your Roku Smart Home App
- Restart your Router and Modem
- Factory reset your Roku Camera (press the Setup button for 10 seconds, and wait for 30 seconds for your camera to restart)
