Mine just started this today. Roku customer service stinks! I was being told it was because I didn't have a subscription. You don't need a subscription for basic live feed. I'm buying a different brand of camera. What a waste of money and time.
I love the Roku because I can watch the live stream on my tv but this is 2nd camera that’s won’t let me watch live stream and I had 3. yesterday the live stream went out on one won’t let me view it at all and now today having the same problem with another camera. So now I’m down to 1 working camera. This is just annoying at this point I’ve been with Roku a long time I hope they fix this whatever it is because it’s not my WiFi and I factory reset both cameras and uninstalled the app and installed it back nothing plus both cameras are updated to the max on their software.just stilling there trying to load up live stream and nothing and same thing with tried to view with a different device.These cameras were not cheap when we bought them !
