FLOODLIGHT CAMERA SE NOT WORKING

Installed two floodlight camera se about 6 weeks ago, and the front one stopped working all together the other day.  Tried restarting the camera from my phone, wouldn't restart.  Tried deleting and reinstalling, but when I hit the setup button, I get nothing.  Even tried doing a factory reset by holding the setup button down for 10 seconds and absolutely no response from the camera.  We have it wired to the front light switch, and when powering it on, the lights come on for about 30 seconds or a minute, and then go off and then nothing.  Have I had a camera go bad or is there something else I can try?

    Hey there! huey645,

Thank you for reaching out to the Roku Community!

We appreciate you drawing our attention to this issue. We understand how difficult it would be if your Floodlight Camera SE were not working.

What should you do if your floodlight camera is not working?

    1. Confirm the Roku Smart Home app is up-to-date.
    2. Confirm the firmware for the Roku Camera and the Floodlight is current.
    3. Power cycle:
      • The user will need to flip the breaker to the off position. Wait 5–10 seconds, then return the breaker to the ON position.
      • This will power cycle both the floodlight and the Roku camera.
    4. Perform a factory reset.
      • Before performing this step, we should ask the user to submit an app log.
      • Floodlight: Delete the device from the Roku Smart Home app and set it up again like new.
      • Roku Camera:
      • If there is a microSD card inserted, remove it.
      • With the Roku Camera plugged into power, press and hold the setup button on the bottom of the camera for 10 seconds. This will reset the camera.
      • Wait at least 30 seconds for the unit to initialize.
      • This process can take up to 5 minutes. It's rare, but it's possible.
      • The LED status light on the device will change from solid red to flashing red.
      • The device is now ready to be set up again.

Please keep us posted on what you find out; we will happily continue assisting you further. We look forward to hearing back from you.
    Regards,

    Arjiemar

I thought I had replied Arjlemar, but I don't see it.  I had done everything you have posted Arjlemar before posting my question, so I'm not sure what to do now.  I have a feeling I've got a camera that has gone bad after only 6 weeks or so of use.

I've disabled the power, turned it back on, tried factory resetting, and the unit is unresponsive, except when powering on, the lights come on for 30 seconds or a minute and then go off.  Pressing and holding the setup button does nothing.
