Cameras are not connecting to tv’s

Why will my cameras connect to my mobile device but will not load on my TV I get live notifications in the corner but when u click view it won’t load says unable to connect when u just try to view says unable to connect on the tv 2 different tv’s but will load on 3 mobile devices. This is very frustrating please help

    Have you tried updating the software on your TV? If so, please provide us a picture of your TV with the error message showing.
